payment not showing up in my account

Recently, I added $20. to my account, but it does NOT show up ?

Please advise ... thanks !

It looks like the system accepted your payment, but it did not get credited to your account. I credited your account for the $20.00. Your balance should show the proper amount now.

this worries me since it does not depend on outside 3rd party. have you seen this before? i have not.

I have not seen it before. I looked over all his account details carefully and can't see any reason the 20.00 wouldn't show up. Funny thing is, it gave him his 5.00 in free snipe dollars when he made the 20.00 purchase.
