I am not receiving the confirmation e-mail to activate my email. I have checked my spam folder and had the website resend the e-mail two times. I am not sure what to do next. Can you please help me?

I did not recieve the confirmation e-mail either. Can I change my e-mail address and keep the user name?

no, but I did get the e-mail @ [edited] stating that you sent it. Can we use that e-mail for my account?

We tracked the problem down to an issue with hotmail rejecting our mail. We are in the process of removing the email confirmation step. If you prefer to use your yahoo account you can set up a new BidSlammer account. Otherwise, give us a bit and we will get your account confirmed with your hotmail address.



Actually it would probably be best to use something other than hotmail as you might not receive future emails from our server that may be important.

Are you 100% sure the message never made it to your SPAM folder?



I am trying to determine if we are being BLOCKED or simply SPAM-FOLDERED by hotmail.

I am 100% sure that my spam folder does not have your e-mail in it. The spam folder has been empty for three days:)

I think I would prefer the email to be at yahoo, to prevent future issues that might arise.

When I set up the new bidslammer account can I use the same user name I had chosen before?
