Account Balance

How did the "balance" in my account decrease so drastically in the last month when there were no successful snipes?

No worries, a quick review of your account shows all is in order. We didn't charge for snipes in the last 3 weeks in your account and we simply tallied them up, that's all. Every penny accounted for.
