Missing funds and snipes

We have update our help index page to reflect your experience, now it is more obvious how to contact us directly (public or private). Thank you for your candor.

Posted as a followup to the solved ticket #4182.

I have finally decided to take the hint and quit your service and I want my remaining funds credited back to me.

There is no "hint." ;-) If you wish to cancel your account, please note that with BidSlammer, there is no cancellation, per se; you simply stop using the service when your funds are complete.

We do have a refund policy but it is fairly strict because we offer a free trial. Our refund policy and instrutions are in our user agreement. Just go to the Privacy link at the bottom of any page and then click Terms of Service. Or you can take this [url]shortcut link.[/url]
