account balance

I set up a large account balance several years ago, but since have infrequently used the site. I now have the time to participate in online auctions so want to use the service again. When I logged on several months ago, I received the message that my funds had, essentially, expired. I gave up in frustration but now find I'm bidding on auctions with some regularity so want to fix the situation. My account balance now reads zero, when it had been sitting at about $20. I believe I set up this account far ahead of you creating a policy which established expiration dates for funds, and would like my funds put back please.

This account has had no deposits since 2004. Any free service expired long ago back in 2006.

Note - the policy changed so that we do NOT expire. Formerly it would expire bucks. We gave an additional freelance period after the expiry, we just couldn't afford to give away free service any more. ;-)
