You have a lovely politeness and I appreciate it. What you did not address, however, is the refusal of the system to let me log in, as is happening at this very moment.

I should think that this sort of utter failure is grounds for a refund and is indeed intolerable.

If you do not agree, I should like to have your superior respond to my problem. If you think you can help me, please do.

Your login still works, I just tested it. Are you using your A****d password?

If you still have trouble try clearing your web browser cache and cookies.

If non of the above helps, please reply with the specific error message you are receiving when you try to log in.
