What are the restrictions for user id and password? Can you set one up for me?

Robert,

Let me run through it, I will try. Did you use a referral link by any chance? If so, try the regular signup page. Please let us know, we'll get you going.

No restrictions (other than 5 characters for userid).

Hello,

Ah. That is a "javascript" error, which is coming up in the dialog.

The good news is you can ignore it and click OK, it should let you ?

It's a bug though, I'll check into it.

I did click ok, but nothing happened.

Posted Aug 03 2009 12:17 pm by Gu***st

i don't suppose you could peek at this ?

Posted Aug 03 2009 02:48 pm by Your Friendly BidSlammer Admin

ok I will check on this asap.

If you wanted you can disable javascript errors in your browser preferences. Then it will work. Since it is a bug on our side.

I tried to sign up a test account. When I click submit nothing happens. No error message of any kind. The browser status bar says "done" so it is not stalling out.

I did check the admin page and the test account I submitted was not created.

I wish i could become a member, it will be a useful tool, tired of losing bids, I would appreciate any help you can possibly give me to get started.

Thanks,

Hello,

Signup is fixed now. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!! Reset assured this is not indicative of site issues; I had accidentally left it turned off as I was modifying the page.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and thanks again for your business!

Kind regards,

BidSlammer Customer Care
