Account Balance

I have not used BidSlammer for a couple of months and notice the screen/program change. My remaining balance is $2 and it seems like my earlier balance was higher than $2. Can you send me a summary for the last 6 months or 1 year? Thank you very much! Richard

I apologize for any surprise or confusion. We posted a message that answers your question, on your home page. Considerations are as follows. We noticed a few billing issues on Friday --

1. We did not bill your accounts at the time of the snipe for 3 weeks, so part of it simply is that your account was tallied.

2. When you'd bought snipes -- remember, your balance "snipe count" or the "balance" was negative by about $5-$10 or so or by 5-10 snipes.

3. All customers were converted to US dollars at a 2X exchange rate. I.e., We gave a 2X exchange and bought your snipes back for $1 each.
