Hi. On February 8, 2009, I replenished my Bidslammer account with a $100 purchase, which, with the $50 bonus, put my account over $200. Now, suddenly, I noticed that my account balance is being shown as $19.78. Even taking into account my wins since then (on generally modestly priced items that would have been billed, in most cases, at the 50-cent-minimum level), this number seems erroneously low. Is there a ledger somewhere in my account where I can track the deductions to my balance? Can you please check my balance situation and figure out what went wrong? Thanks.

Simon,
I added $50, a few of our longer term users didn't make out well on the conversion back to dollars. I apologize for any surprise or confusion.
Details :
We posted a message that answers your question, on your home page. Considerations are as follows. We noticed a few billing issues on Friday --
1. We did not bill your accounts at the time of the snipe for 3 weeks, so part of it simply is that your account was tallied.
2. When you'd bought snipes -- remember, your balance "snipe count" or the "balance" was negative by about $5-$10 or so or by 5-10 snipes.
3. All customers were converted to US dollars at a 2X exchange rate. I.e., We gave a 2X exchange and bought your snipes back for $1 each.
We operate in Punxsutawney, PA. Please let us know if you have any other questions, and thanks again for your business!
Kind regards,
