snipe not sent

Posted as a followup to the solved ticket #3686.



HELP, I NEED YOU TO RESEND MY PASSWORD & USER NAME TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS. YOU SAY IT WAS DONE TO USERID # 5725 BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT AND YOUR PROGRAM WON'T LET ME RE DO IT AGAIN JUST KEEPS SAYING IT WAS SENT BUT I DID NOT GET IT.

If you are not getting our email, AOL is likely marking it as junk mail. You might try using another email address if you have one available to you.
