Mistake of Balance

Posted as a followup to the solved ticket #4316.



That's the thing, I logged in to use BidSlammer and had no balance. I wouldn't have a transaction ID to give.



Is there any way to check my account and see why my balance is $0?



I read in other forums that this was done in error and the account balance was updated. I haven't used BidSlammer for a while but knew my account balance wouldn't "expire"

I see a purchase from 2004 but that expired a long time ago. The free portion expired. We allowed a couple of extensions. The new pricing doesn't give double bucks days but we don't charge for misses and do not expire the free portions of bucks. It's just a better system for everyone. ;-)
