Missing funds and snipes

Posted as a followup to the solved ticket #4182.



Hello,



I want to tell you that I was very upset with Bldslammer a few weeks ago, and wanted my money back from you because I couldn't even sign in.



However, everything is much improved and seems to be working fine again. So I thank you! This is one of the few times in my life when a malfunctioning service really got straightened out and I'm impressed! You have restored my confidence in your integrity.



So I guess I'll be sticking around! Again, your help is much appreciated, and I am happy to be on your roster again. Best regards,

I'm glad to hear that our service is working well for you, but quite honestly nothing has changed here. There have not been any significant changes to our software.



When you were unable to log in, I tested your login myself and was unable to find any problem. I responded to that ticket. Maybe you are not getting all of our emails - junk mail filters cause us some communication problems sometimes.
