Snipe balance

Posted as a followup to the solved ticket #4236.

Hi To date I have not received the e-mail that you mentioned in point 4 showing a healthy exchange, nor has my balance in my account been increased. Please oould you look into this for me? Kind regards Anne

See the "Archive" link and see if that adds up to your satisfaction. Just add up your snipes since the last puchase 12/31/07.
