I'm sorry to take so long to get back to you--I can hardly believe nothing has changed, my account is functioning so much better--maybe it's just me!
I want to especially thank you for checking my login as that created a serious problem for me. I don't recall seeing your response but I have had a broken right arm for the past few weeks and might have deleted it by mistake. Or, as you pointed out, it might be in the junk mail.
Anyway, I am so happy to be back on a even keel with my Bidslammer account because I have checked the other sniping companies and I felt most at home with you. And you have always replied promptly and courteously to my e-mail. I didn't realize how much I depended on you until things got out of whack.
