How to open a trouble ticket for billing inquiries

If you need credit for a missed snipe, please inquire in the BidSlammer Support forum, since that is actually a bug report.

Please use the Trouble Ticket System, however, if ...:


If your inquiry requires us to look up account information

If your inquiry involves a credit card

If your inquiry involves a PayPal transaction Id

If you are reporting fraudulent use

If your inquiry involves an accidental double payment (these are refundable)

If your inquiry involves your security


Remember that BidSlammer does not give refunds unless it is a rare exception stated in our User Agreement.

We will respond within 1 to 24 hours.
