How to open a trouble ticket for billing inquiries

If you need credit for a missed snipe, please inquire in the BidSlammer Support forum, since that is actually a bug report.

If your inquiry involves a credit card


If your inquiry involves a PayPal transaction Id


If you are reporting fraudulent use


If your inquiry involves an accidental double payment (these are refundable)


If your inquiry involves your security

Yay! Keep up the good work everyone. I am really happy to see my favorite service has a forum now, and all the improvements lately, I am looking forward to see what is coming next!!
