Billing error

Hello, I noticed the following statement on my account page, I have not made any snipes in the last month so I don't understand why you can say that I am being billed for these snipes. Would you please contact me with an explanation as to what snipes you are talking about, thank you.

"Jul 15 Billing error

We apologize that we did not correctly bill for some snipes for the last 2 weeks. You may see a small abrupt decrease in your account to pay for snipes in this time period. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please report issues to customer service."

There was a period of time when the system was not immediately charging snipes against users accounts when an item was won. After a 2 week period of time we reconciled the transaction history. If you did not win win any items during that time then this will not apply to you.
