An item originally stated wiht a $50.00 Buy it now option or a $25.00 starting bid. . someone put in a $25.00 bid and the BIN option dissapeared. CAn i now put in a snipe for $105.00 or do I need to limit my snipe to the original or less bin amount? Im thinking thet onece the bin option dissapears i can snipe higher and the limit io open

Technically, a BIN is not an auction so you can't snipe it while it is a BIN.
If you bid too high or bid too low on a BIN, eBay rejects your bid, thinking you made a mistake. Therefore you have to turn the item into a regular auction by bidding on it manually, a very low bid on it like a penny, or wait until someone else does.
[i]Then[/i] you can snipe it. Once it is a regular auction, you can do what you said.
