INCORRECT BIDSLAMMER RESULTS

BID SLAMMER REPORTS I WON AN ITEM. THEY DID NOT EVEN PLACE THE BID, AND THE ITEM WENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A WAY TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE- AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING WHO WORKS FOR BIDSLAMMER. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE. I WANT TO MAKE SURE I DON'T GET CHARGED FOR A SUCCESSFUL SNIPE THEY DIDNT MAKE, AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS A WAY TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE, AND IF THIS HAPPENS OFTEN. I'VE BEEN HAPPY WITH BIDSLAMMER- BUT THIS MAKES ME DOUBT THE SERVICE.
