missed bid

I sat there and watched the time count down and nothing happened. I went back to the site this morning and there was a message stating a positive response couldn't be discerned. Nevertheless, an item I desperatly wanted and watched for 5 days was lost at a very LOW price, because your system didn't work.

There should be some type of retribution when a function we pay for doesn't do what we've been told IT WILL DO.

There certainly is a lack of trust developing.

Please open a help desk ticket with the item number and we can investigate. We almost always have an explanation - In the interim you can check out how to bulletproof your snipe account, there are over 25 ways you can miss a bid and we can see if it was one of these reasons. We are placing bids so it must be something else.
