Slam in unknown state

Please check out my bid for item #250594750257:

Message that prompted this request:

Snipe placed, but we could not determine win status. If problem continues please contact customer service asap.

Also are the paswwords for bid slammer login and the foum different?

If so how do I reset each to be a password of my choosing?

The passwords were initially set up to be the same, but may not be if you have changed you BidSlammer password. For the forums, click on your name in the upper right of the page, then click on "My Settings". You can change your password there. Your BidSlammer password can be changed on the preferences page.

I will check on that snipe...

Also I noticed that my account was charged for the bid.

Was that correct?

I also think your certificate expired since I am receiving this message:

The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid.

I checked and you were not charged for item #250594750257. I will look into the certificate issue.

I started out with a $25.00 balance last week and I now have only 23.66 - What was I charged for?

There is no record of a charge for that item, but I agree that your balance does not look correct. I adjusted it.
