Hello,

No worries, you weren't charged. I made an adjustment so that it updates the snipe status sooner. If you have any further issues please let us know. :)

I replied to this yesterday saying that the same thing happened to me, but now my reply is gone. I'm assuming it was deleted because I had given the eBay item number. The response "No worries. You weren't charged" is great, but my primary question is do you know why this happened and have you solved the problem!

I'm glad you wrote back! We do not censor our forums. It was because the other fellow had posted a duplicate and I was just deleting the duplicate. I deleted yours by accident and couldn't remember which ID it was.

I did check on your bids and we did place it. I appreciate the understanding, if we were at fault we would certainly say so. We definitely did place the snipe. We are in the business of sniping, but it is difficult to parse all the different eBay item result pages...

We guarantee snipe placement but we also have to be able to do much more - which is to guarantee we can capture every message that eBay comes back with. We try hard to. It's tricky - A buyer doesn't know when they do not meet the requirements or shipping countries or reserves, etc. until after the auction is over.

ANyway please keep us informed, we are grateful that you do take the time to let us know. We depend heavily on customer feedback.

Thank you for the explanation. I apologize, but I'm still not understanding why my snipe didn't work. Are you saying that it was a glitch at eBay?
