BidSlammer says I won, but it didn't even bid!  this is twice what happened?

We saw your posts here and posted a message yesterday on the home page. In fact we did reboot one computer and it caused some snipes to appear as won. We did refund any accounts that were affected. Apologies on our end for any confusion here.
