unable to add funds

I am unable to add funds with either Paypal or a credit card.

I reviewed your account and first of all, I do not see any fraudulent activity, that is the first thing we check.





But there is a permanent hold on the account based on a request. This would only be done if you requested such. I don't know the exact circumstances as that was in a different ticket system, unfortunately. It is just a precaution to protect you. It is certainly nothing intended to be disrespectful. I feel like this is some type of discrimination. I have


846 feedback with ebay,all positive. I recently had an


issue with Bidslammer failing to place bids, and sent an


email concerning this. If this is how you deal with people


who contact you, that is sad and irresponsible, and not ethical. I will reiterate, I have NEVER requested that


my service be stopped. I have been a customer for years.


It had to be done internally, and I will not take this lightly.

Are you able to find out which item number you feel you missed?

I sent the item number in my original e-mail.That is not


the issue. I don't feel I missed it. The bid was never placed


even though I had bid 10.00 over the winning bid. Your reply


was that ebay had changed their system, and all bids had missed for that evening.





Again, do you blacklist every patron that tells you that


their bid was not placed? What kind of customer service is


that!

I need to locate the ticket because we would not have closed down the account unless there was a good reason.

could this possibly be due to the fact that I accidentally


bid $1389.00 on the following auction recently, instead of $13.89? This was just before the problem started.


(I won the auction for $15.49 and paid the seller immediately)

Your account would not have been closed for that ticket. I was referring to needing to check the tickets in the older ticket system. I need to locate the ticket because we would not have closed down the account unless there was a good reason.
