We investigated your account - everything seems to be working okay. We refresh a few times a day automatically, but you can perform a refresh manually on your Dashboard. Just go to the "Current" tab and press the "Refresh Bid/Price Info" button. It is also on the "Pending" tab.

Hello, I have paid for premium bid pack but all I see is the 10 second "free" bid option. Premium snipes remaining: None . I paid for the Slam Pack 25 as indicated above.

What is your previous eBay userID? There must be another account to which the payment is attached.

I am not sure what my ebay name was. It seems as though ebay removed this info as I can not find it anymore. My original ebay email was angerb@gmail, and my name is William Anger.

There is a different name on the "bc-brands" account. The initials are B.E. Is that an alias?
I added 5 snipes to "bc-brands" temporarily.
