Hi,
I contacted you a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t know my husband pay for the subscription and there was no email confirmation or detail of the price plan etc. on my account page. I thought it was a fraud so contacted Paypal. It was a mistake. Can you advise how to restore my account. Thanks, Vivien

I went to check Paypal. They said the payment was legit so the case was closed on 5th July and you still have my $12. However, I am unable to use my account since 5th July. Can you sort it out please. Thanks, Viv
