I went to my account to add funds but the message said my account is on hold. What does this mean?

Your account with us is in good standing. We do not have any "account on hold" messages that I am aware of. By any chance is this an eBay message?
Please let us know how to reproduce the issue and we can reply back ASAP with a solution.

When i choose "add services" at the tope of the page, a window comes up and states that this account is on hold. None of the reasons suggested apply to me. I merely want to add some funds to my account.....please advise.

Try closing the browser entirely and then log in again here:

Today I lost another auction even though I was the high bidder. Thw auction was wone for 12.50. My bid was for 21.51. What happened this time ?
This happens to me too many times.

The item number for the auction I lost but should have one was 201965313283. I am very upset. I checked that auction hours be for it was scheduled to end. I also check my bid slammer bid and it was in place for 21.51.

A bid of 21.51 would not show up because the cost at the time was 40.00.

Sorry.......the item i thought i should have won went for 12.50.....
