I didn't want to keep paying for BidSlammer because I wasn't using it. I believe, at the time, the only option to facilitate that was to close my account.
Now, I'd like to re-purchase your product and I have to get special permission to re-activate my account? It's not like I was in default, missed a payment, violated your rules, etc. Why wouldn't you leave my account open and make that process of giving you my business just a little easier?
I don't know, maybe put a purchase link on the "Account on Hold" page with all the dramatic red type that popped up when I tried to log in?
