Hi Guys,
An automated payment was taken form me. Something which I do not like really. I raised the issue and politely asked for a refund.
I cannot see that the refund has been processed please?
Also, if the refund has not been processed, but you have taken the subscription, I cannot login.
So, it seems that I have the worst of all worlds.
I do not appear to have a refund and yet I cannot login.
Can you kindly bring me up-to-date with what is happening please?
