Account on hold

My BidSlammer account was put on on hold shortly after I sent an email requesting assistance. I wanted to find out why some of my recent bids had not posted on eBay. While there is no issues bidding on the same item was manually. This was a rare occurrence and believe it should be reported, so it may be remedied, but I have not received a email reply in acknowledgment.
I was hoping my account may be restored. Thank you and happy new year, Paul

We responded to your original ticket. The link is below. The short version is that your seller hard-blocked you. You’ll have to ask them why, but it could be because you appear to be using someone else’s eBay account, which is a violation of terms at both services.

I appreciate your assistance. Apparently my account has a nonpaying bidder mark on my account which allows sellers to not accept bids until the nonpaying bidder status resolves after few months.
I personally setup this account up 20 years ago. What needs to be done to reinstate my BidSlammer account?

It was a hard block, meaning that they blocked your ID by name. Usually this happens when a buyer does something to concern the seller.
You cannot use someone else’s eBay account with our service.

Why would you believe I'm using someone else's eBay account and how can I prove EncinitasBlue is my account so my BidSlammer account is reinstated? Kind regards, Paul

This was an error. The last name is the same.
On an unrelated topic, you did note concerns with us changing our free plan, which planj to reduce further. Most services only give 3 free per month. Do you still want us to reinstate?
