I upgraded my subscription 2/28/19 and paid the 12 month subscription rate of $48.00. Later I was charged again for an additional $8.00. I just checked my renewal date and it shows only one month in system. This needs to be corrected!

Thanks for your request to refund an overlapping payment. We just refunded and suspended the monthly subscription. The annual subscription is still active.
PLEASE NOTE: In one month, PayPal is going to send us a cancellation notice for that monthly payment, and it will temporarily suspend your account. When that happens, please open a ticket to remind us to re-enable the subscription. We set a reminder as well.
