I cannot use your sniping service do to a persistent issue.
I keep receiving the message that authorization is required.
I follow the steps and I get the message that authorization is successful for 18 months.
However I also have the same authorization required message above the other one.
I I verified my eBay account again and the same thing happened.
I still cannot snipe. Please advise

Hello Graham,
Thank you for your question about your authorization. We just updated it manually for you, because your account was created before a certain software update we issued in February 2020.
You should be good to go, but if not, the authorization will work correctly for you now (and in the future).
