Your 'balance' is actually credits, not dollars - your last purchase came with a 30.00 free coupon service. As per our agreement we can't "refund" that because it is not real money, it is a representation of how much service you have remaining. We can swap it out for an unlimited subscription but cannot refund it unfortunately.
