I had 20 or 30 bucks in balance, and it just went away. You changed your system and just removed my balance, seems pretty shady. Been with bid slammer for years.

Your balance is still there. You just need to log in with your eBay userid and not your e-mail address.
If you log in with your e-mail address, it will create a new empty account under that userid.
Your last purchase was 2010 and since the balance is still positive, your account is still using the balance system.
