Hi there - I placed a bid on this eBay item this morning. Your system says the bid was placed and I was charged for the bid. However, it does not appear that the bid was placed and I did not win the item even though the selling price was way under what my max bid was set for. Please let me know why my bid was not placed and refund the amount you charged to my account. Thank you.
