Hello, I just set a snipe for the listed item and watched the clock tick down an no bid was placed? Also, none of my watched items are showing in my account. I pay for this service and would like a refund.

Thank you for your question about your watch list and the item ending in 579.
To import your items, please go to your Watched tab and click the import button. If it doesn't work, ensure your authorization is valid. Visit BidSlammer Preferences and then click the link to authorize.
For low-dollar items, you should use lead times of around 5 seconds because you want your bid to come in a bit later (due to the minimum bid increment).

The short version: There is a minimum bid increment that eBay adds to the currently-shown price. In the event of a close call or tie, you want your bid to come in first.
