Yesterday (9/29) a number of auctions closed, all from the same seller, without the bids that I had set up through BidSlammer ever being placed.
Auctions numbers were:
143393643617 - my max bid was $10.11, closed @ $5.50
143393643594 - my max bid was $14, closed @ $13.50
143393643595 - my max bid was $53, closed @ $26
133182398177 - my max bid was $10, closed @ $7.58
143393643592 - my max bid was $11, closed @ $1.25
Re. the last 4 items: these are now missing from the completed portion of the BidSlammer page. I am positive I placed bids on these items and I even checked them prior to going to work (all were there and then they just disappeared).
What happened?

Thank you for your question about the 'unknown error' bids that we placed. We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed the snipes.
We are 100% transparent here, so here's the exact reason. It turns out that another user scheduled a gazillion auctions to go off right in the same span of 2-3 seconds. We had our system set up to interpret this as a security breach, so it did not execute these two items.
As a result of your post, we are going to increase the threshold of the number of auctions that can be set for a given second. We regret the inconvenience, but have set it so that it won't occur again.
It's great to have a fellow comic collector on board ... we are always looking for suggestions on how to help collectors.
