Bid slammer says I won this auction but I did not. You say my snipes were placed but they were not. Pretty clearly I would have won if the bid had actually been placed.

My Ebay password has not changed, nothing at all has changed at my end.

This has happened before. It was supposedly cleared up. Things seemed ok for a brief while. But here we go again. I am rapidly losing confidence in Bidslammer. I never know if a snipe will go through. I am increasingly reluctant to snipe with Bidslammer for fear of losing items I really want.

So, what is going on? Please give me an intelligible, detailed explanation.

You can see your Completed Snipes tab to see that we did place the snipes on time as you requested. As we tried to explain before, when the above situation you described happens, it means there is most likely an issue on the customer's account we cannot detect.

Here is the error eBay returned for item 3911459374106. This is the all the information we have.
