BidSlammer seemed to stop working for me on June 22, so thinking my subscription had run out, I made a yearly plan payment of $60 on that date. BidSlammer started working for me after making that payment to you.
Today, I just received a PayPal email indicating there was an automatic charge to my Mastercard credit account in the amount of $36, for a 6-month subscription.
Therefore, would you please refund me the $36 payment to my Mastercard account and hopefully in the future there will not be this problem of stopping my BidSlammer usage and when the automatic payment is made.
Please let me know you received this message and that you will refund me the $36.

Thank you for your question about the offer sale price. We refunded the full credit card payment (that you made manually) as soon as you wrote. The refund should show on your account now.
For some reason, PayPal charged your subscription 4 days late. We're not sure why. The subscription is still intact. We moved the expiration forward a few days in case this happens again.
