I changed my user ID from electro-ship to christopherrobinson and now I cannot log in.
I have tried resetting my password by email but the system does not recognise my email address which I believe is:

I have an update, and am really sorry for so many emails.
I have managed to log into my account.. I now have the right email address! ([edited])
So when I reauthorised bidslammer to ebay, I have lost my subsciption.
Therefore, please can you transfer my subscription which was for a year from electro-ship -> christopherrobinson
I'm so sorry for the hassle and wish I hadn't changed the username now.

Please let us know the steps to take to reproduce any issue(s) that you are having.

Research indicates that you joined, paid, and then changed your eBay ID. That was the original issue. The latest reason is that the account is locked down due to a fraud complaint with PayPal. Please advise as to your intentions.
All you need to do is run through the signup process again from the home page.

I tell you what, it seems to work even though it is showing electro-ship as my username.
If it works as-is then I'm happy to keep it as is.
I raised a dispute with paypal, as after I changed my ebay ID, I could not get through to anyone and the account was not working.
I will close the dispute with Paypal and I'm sorry for the hassle.
I think in closing I will say two things;
1) it does not update the user-id on username change (wish I had never changed it now)
2) can I suggest that when viewing listings from bid slammer we also see the shipping cost?
I thank you for a lovely service and apologise for the hassle.

It's no problem, we are generally much faster in responding but you caught us on a holiday weekend.
Please note that the subscription is recurring each year, so PayPal will charge again next year. If you would like to avoid this, please let us know so we can can 'suspend' the subscription, so the subscription goes dormant next year until you re-activate it.
And certainly, we can note those two issues and change it in the next software release. We value suggestions like this and generally implement any good feature we hear.
The issue with shipping cost, I think, is that there isn't enough room in each display box. It should definitely be included if there is room for it. Are you using the 'grid view' or the 'list view' ?

Thanks for your excellent response. I am using list view, to get more items on the screen at one time.
If I may also make another observation, I notice that when you select UK, you still see a flag for the United States.

In list view, there's a column for "shipping." Is that not working properly for you? If you can provide a couple of example item numbers, we can test the same numbers and see what you're encountering.
That flag issue we have on the list. It keeps flipping back to US.

Yes actually there is a shipping column, but it just says "calc", regardless of what is added in - I think that is a bug...

Yes, we've got this on the list. It is somewhat involved, because we have to do an independent request for each item number (as opposed to getting it all with one request). We have it working, but we need to polish it for production release.
