I’ve tried repeatedly to set & reset a password, without success. Can you please help?

The first suggestion didn’t work so I tried the 2nd (go to the homepage etc.). I reset my password & was told the reset was successful; I was invited to log in. Same thing: sorry we cd not verify

It appears that there is an unsupported character in the passwd. We support virtually all of the the keyboard for the logins. Would you mind trying a slightly different password with a different character? This is the only thing that stands out on this end.
