My third message to BidSlammer. No response but my credit card was charged for a subscription. I will have to report to the Better Business Bureau as well as ebay if I don't hear back soon!

You cancelled your subscription on 2017-01-11, then you manually made another payment, and the monthly subscription expired for that payment also.
