372614950136's bidding history. We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed your snipes.
From the bid history page, eBay does show that we placed two bids for you for $10.00 USD at the time the auction ended on March 7. And our own logs show that eBay returned "Success" for those bids.
However, the bid history page also shows that someone bid $10.00 on March 4, and so eBay never should have accepted your bids, since the minimum increment of $0.50 was not met. (If two people bid the same amount, the first bid has priority.) eBay should not have accepted the bids, nor should they have told us the bid was successful.
In short, while this was a snafu on the eBay side, it very rarely occurs.
We updated the status of the snipe to "did not win" for you.
