Starting yesterday I am getting this email after every auction I win.

Hello John,
Thanks for the report. Didn't realize this was going out more than once. It is shut off now. Thanks for the report.

Hello John,

We figured most people would not mind the accidental first one, but just now learned it was doing it repeatedly.. Thanks for the report.

Excellent. I'll be going to that website you mentioned for feedback. Know that it will be positive. Some people do not get that a slight change by eBay can cause your software to go haywire.

Thank you in advance! It helps a lot.
Sniping is the easy part. The hard part is figuring out why the item did not win. One big challenge is Trust & Safety seller blocks.
In one scenario, someone was trying to buy diamonds in a foreign country. The seller required the buyer to be registered in the ship-to location. However, eBay listed their country as a valid ship-to location. It's very difficult to explain these situations :)

Hate to bother you again, but I notice on rare occasion the ticket system will repeat a previous post, as you can see above.
Did you in fact post a followup? If so, what was the text?
Thanks, theses little things are important to address.

Hi, looks like the ticket system posted a previous response again. That's the last bug I know about.
Anyway - I assume you wrote to say you received email(s) again. I saw them come through. I just turned it off (again). I did find the issue, so you should not see it again. Thanks for keeping us on our toes.
