Thank you for your question about the countdown timer. If you refresh your browser window, it will reset the countdown timers. Those timers are not connected to the clock we use for sniping.
If you see this again, please let us know the exact value that both countdown timers are showing relative to eBay's, and we can investigate this in more detail.
