What happened to the credits that were in my account? Did they expire??

Snipes never expire, however your balance from the 2012 purchase was getting close to zero and you couldn't add any high-dollar snipes. Sorry for any confusion there, because we moved to a new payment system that doesn't use balances (for that very reason).

I just added some more snipes to your account so that you do not have to make a purchase. If that isn't satisfactory, please let us know so we can make sure you are happy.
