I previously had credits in my account when my login was my email address. When you switched to logging in with eBay ID those credits disappeared. I don’t know how much it was but I think it was about $5. Do you have any information on whether that can be restored? Thank you?

You can log in with your email address and you will see the credits. It appears you logged in and won a snipe ok. You do still have credits remaining.
