I have been checking to see what the latest bid amount is for this auction and have noticed the bid amount is not updating in the Snipe window. The ebay auction page says the current bid amount is $59, but the bidslammer page shows $44. Even if I manually refresh the bidslammer page, it still shows the current amount as $44. Why is bidslammer not keeping the current bid amount updated real-time or at all?

Thank you for your question about updating the item information. We refresh a few times a day automatically, but you can perform a refresh manually on your Dashboard. Just go to the "Current" tab and press the "Refresh Bid/Price Info" button. It is also on the "Pending" tab.
