Hi there. On 8 May I payed $8 for one month service, the payment (by Paypal) did not appear to be accepted, so I payed again with a credit card. Both payments were in fact processed so I have payed $16 total. My subscription therefore should be for 2 months and not just the month credited.

I also thought that prior to the change in your pricing structure I had about $20 in credit with you. Can you varify this please.

Sorry for any confusion, we had just updated the system. I refunded your PayPal payment, but please note that it is recurring. I can cancel that (or you can cancel it) through PayPal if you like.

I checked your balance and it was negative -$4.27. We allowed accounts to go down to negative $5 since that was the max cost of a snipe.
