My snipes are failing with a message saying authorization expired. When I go to preferences to renew it, log in to eBay, click on authorize, it takes me back to Bidslammer and a message that it wasn't able to recognize me (in Bidslammer). I've repeeated this several times, same result. So the refresh never gets done. Please assist. I'm using Chrome, latest version.

Thank you for your question about authorization. Since you signed up back in 2004, your BidSlammer userID is different than your current eBay ID. We made a small change in the software that should allow you to finish the authorization correctly now.
