It appears bid slammer is not accepting my eBay password. I have entered it several times but the bar keeps going back to far less icons than I submitted. I have missed out on several bids which I should have won. I need someone who can actually help me to take care of this problem. I am being charged for bids I should have won but did not because bid slammer keeps saying the problem is with my eBay password.

In researching the logs, it appears that while you are entering your password here at our site, you are accidentally hitting the space bar. Like this:

"mySecret Password 514!"

instead of:

"mySecretPassword514!"

Let us know if that helps.

Also, make sure "caps lock" is not active. If you have a capital letter in your password, you just use your "shift" key as normal. But that part looks ok.

Don't worry about the charges, those are all being credited, in fact if we have missed any item numbers please give those here, and we'll credit them 2x.
